How do I blur faces in a video automatically?

Drop the video above and press Find faces. Every face is found and listed; tap any you want to keep visible, choose blur, pixelate or a solid box, then press Blur faces and save the MP4.

Can I blur everyone except me?

Yes. After Find faces, each person appears as a small picture. Tap yours to mark it Keep and it stays visible while everyone else is blurred.

Will it catch every face?

It catches most faces that face the camera, and it follows each face between frames and bridges short misses. Very small, side-on or covered faces can be missed; tick Find small faces for crowds, and always watch the result before you share it.

Is my video uploaded?

No. The video is decoded, analysed and re-encoded in your browser. The only download is the face detector itself (232 KB), once.

Can the blur be undone?

The blur is drawn into every frame of the new file, so the original faces are not stored in it. Pixelate and Solid box at a high strength are the safest choices for privacy.

Are my files uploaded?
