Free Browser Fingerprint Auditor
See exactly what tracking scripts learn about your browser — canvas, WebGL, audio, fonts, screen, timezone and more — plus a SHA-256 composite hash. Run twice to confirm your privacy mitigations work. Nothing is uploaded.
Your composite fingerprint hash
Probing…Probing…
This audit runs entirely in your browser. Every probe runs in your tab; the composite hash is computed locally with the Web Crypto API. Nothing about your fingerprint is uploaded.
The hash represents what a tracking script could use to identify you across visits even with cookies cleared. Run the audit twice — if the hash changes, your mitigations (Brave Shields, CanvasBlocker, Firefox resistFingerprinting) are working.
How It Works
Runs the same fingerprinting probes that tracking scripts use — canvas, WebGL, audio, fonts, screen, timezone and more — then hashes the combined signature locally so you can see exactly what a site could use to identify you across visits.
- 1Probes run in your browserA canvas is drawn and read back, the WebGL renderer is queried, an offline AudioContext renders a known oscillator, and ~20 other signals are collected.
- 2Everything is hashed locallyThe combined fingerprint is SHA-256-hashed with the Web Crypto API. The hash never leaves your device.
- 3Re-run to test mitigationsWith Brave Shields, CanvasBlocker, or Firefox resistFingerprinting enabled, a second run should produce a different hash. A stable hash means you are uniquely trackable.
Nothing is uploaded. Every probe and hash is computed in your browser; we do not collect or transmit any fingerprint.
