How It Works

All 14 case conversions happen entirely in your browser using hand-written Unicode-aware algorithms — no library, no server, no upload. JavaScript's native Unicode property escapes (\p{L}, \p{N}) keep accented and non-Latin characters intact through every transformation.

  1. 1
    Live reactive parsing
Every keystroke triggers a useMemo computation that runs all 14 converter functions simultaneously against your input, so results update in real time with zero delay or button press.
  2. 2
    Unicode-aware tokenization
Before splitting or joining words, the code strips leading/trailing non-alphanumeric characters using \p{L} and \p{N} Unicode property escapes. This ensures words like "café" or "naïve" are tokenized correctly into camelCase or snake_case without dropping accented letters.
  3. 3
    Per-format string transformation
Each case style applies its own regex logic: delimiter-based formats (snake, kebab, dot, path, CONSTANT) use a single replace that collapses all non-word sequences into the separator; structural formats (camelCase, PascalCase, Train-Case) chain a word-boundary capitalize on top of that; sentence and title case use lookahead patterns to capitalize only after punctuation or whitespace boundaries.
  4. 4
    Copy or download results
Each result card has its own Copy button using the navigator.clipboard API. "Copy All" and "Download .txt" bundle all 14 outputs as labeled plain-text blocks. Your last input is persisted in localStorage so it survives page refresh without ever leaving your device.
