You can drop multiple files at once
Fonts you don't have installed are replaced with similar ones, which can change line breaks. Text wrapping around pictures is approximated. PDF pages are saved as high-resolution images; use Print for selectable text.
Your files never leave your device. All processing happens locally in your browser.
How It Works
Converts Microsoft Publisher (.pub) files to PDF, PNG or plain text in your browser, without Publisher. Since October 2026 Microsoft 365 no longer opens .pub files; this reads them with libmspub, the open-source Publisher importer LibreOffice uses, running on your own device. Nothing is uploaded.
- 1Add your .pub filesDrop one or more Publisher files, from Publisher 98 to 2021. They stay on your device.
- 2Check the previewEvery page is laid out with its text, pictures and shapes so you can see the result before saving.
- 3DownloadSave a PDF, PNG images of each page, or the plain text. Several files download together as one ZIP.
- 4Need selectable text?Use Print and choose Save as PDF: your browser keeps the text selectable and searchable.
Your publication is read and converted entirely on your device. No file is uploaded, and the converter keeps working offline once loaded.
