How do I copy an emoji?

Click it. It is copied to your clipboard at once and also added to the "Your emoji" line, so you can click several and then press "Copy" to copy them all together. "Undo" removes the last one and "Clear" empties the line.

How does the search work?

Type English words. Every word must match the emoji's name or a keyword, for example heart, pizza, flag japan or lol. There are about 1,700 emoji from Unicode 15.1. The names are English only.

How do skin tones work?

Pick one of five tones next to "Skin tone" and every hand and person emoji that supports a tone is shown with it, about 130 of them. Emoji that join several people, such as families, stay as they are. Your choice is remembered.

Why do flags show as two letters?

Windows does not draw country flag emoji, so a flag appears as its two-letter country code, for example JP. Phones, Macs and Linux show the flags. A very new emoji may also show as an empty box on an older system.

What does it save on my device?

The last 24 emoji you clicked and your skin tone, in this browser's local storage. The line you are building is not saved, and nothing is sent anywhere. Clearing your browser data removes the saved items.
