Free Stem Splitter (Vocals, Drums, Bass)

Split a song into four stems — vocals, drums, bass and other instruments — with an AI model that runs in your browser. Download each stem as MP3 or WAV, or make a drumless or bassless practice mix. Your music is never uploaded.

Many stem splitters upload your song and give a few free minutes before a subscription. Here the AI runs on your device.

How It Works

Splits a song into four stems — vocals, drums, bass and everything else — with Spleeter 4-stems, Deezer's open-source separation model, running in your browser. You can also rebuild the song with any stems left out.

  1. 1
    Add a song
MP3, WAV, M4A, FLAC, OGG, or a video (its sound is extracted). It is decoded on your device at 44.1 kHz; mono works too.
  2. 2
    The model listens
In a background worker the song is cut into overlapping 12-second parts. For every frequency and every 23 ms, the model estimates how much belongs to the voice, the drums, the bass and the rest. It downloads once and is cached.
  3. 3
    Four tracks are rebuilt
Each frequency is shared between the four stems in those proportions and turned back into sound, so the stems add up to the original.
  4. 4
    Listen, mix and download
Play each stem, save it as MP3 or WAV, or pick the stems you want and save that mix. Nothing is uploaded.

Processing happens entirely on your device — your music is never uploaded.
