Rotate for Creative Effect

A subtle 3-7° tilt adds dynamism. Magazines often use slight tilts on portraits to add energy and visual interest.

For dutch-angle (cinematography) feel, try 10-15°. Stronger angles work well for action shots and dramatic moments.

After rotating an angle-tilted image, the canvas grows to accommodate — you may want to crop the result to your final dimensions.

Export to PNG when tilted at non-90° angles to preserve transparency in the corners (which would otherwise be solid white as JPEG).
