Write your email content in Markdown for clarity, convert to HTML, then paste into your ESP (SendGrid, Mailchimp, Postmark) HTML template.
The HTML output uses standard tags (no class names) so it works in any email template. Add inline styles afterward if your template requires them.
For transactional emails (receipts, notifications), Markdown-converted HTML is often enough — your template adds the chrome.
For complex email layouts (multi-column, hero images), you'll still need to write HTML by hand. Markdown is for the message body content.
