Pomodoro Timer for Studying
Use the Pomodoro technique to study more effectively — work in focused 25-minute sessions with 5-minute breaks.
Study tips
The Pomodoro technique was designed by Francesco Cirillo in the 1980s. 25 minutes of focused work followed by a 5-minute break reduces mental fatigue.
During your 25-minute session, close all notifications, tabs, and apps unrelated to your study material. Single-tasking beats multitasking every time.
Use short breaks for water, stretching, or a snack — not social media. A true break recharges you; scrolling drains you further.
Write down what you plan to accomplish before each Pomodoro. Having a defined goal improves focus and gives you a satisfying moment of completion.
