Marathon tips
To break 4 hours in a marathon you need roughly 5:41/km (9:09/mile). Switch to "Find pace", enter 42.195 km and 4:00:00.
Your long-run pace is usually 60-90 sec/km slower than goal race pace. Don't train every run at race pace.
The finish-time table shows your equivalent 5K/10K/half times at the same pace β useful for tune-up races.
