Use the keyboard shortcut Space to start/stop without taking your hand off the mat. Great for floor exercises where you can't easily touch your phone.
Copy your laps after a workout to log to a fitness journal or spreadsheet. The tab-separated format pastes cleanly into Google Sheets or Excel.
