Add the five main audience zones for your event to see all start times at once. Copy and paste the results into your event listing.
Always include the timezone abbreviation (e.g., "3 PM ET / 8 PM GMT") in your event description — never just a city name.
For daylight saving time: US switches clocks in March and November; Europe in March and October. Gaps shift by 1 hour during those transition weeks.
Online events that go global should list 4–5 key zone times in promotional materials — attendees in unfamiliar zones will calculate from a zone they know.
