Why diceware? Memorable phrases of random words have huge entropy and are easier to remember than gibberish like “X#9mP$qZ”. A 5-word phrase has more entropy than a 10-character random password with mixed case + symbols.

Master Password tips
Your master password must be both memorable (you can't reset it) and strong. A 6-word diceware phrase nails both — 60+ bits of entropy, easy to remember.
Use a memorable but non-personal phrase. Don't pick words that have meaning to you ("cat dog house" is too predictable). Trust the random generator.
Master passwords protect everything else. Make this 5-6 words minimum. Anything less is risky.
Practice typing it a few times before saving anywhere. Once you can type it from muscle memory, you'll never forget it.
