💡 A cup of flour and a cup of honey weigh very differently — gram conversions only work if you account for ingredient density. That's why baking by weight is far more reliable than by volume.
Oven Temps tips
Enter a temperature in °F or °C and get all three scales plus the nearest gas mark.
Gas mark 4 (350°F / 180°C) is the classic "moderate oven" used in most baking recipes.
Fan/convection ovens usually run ~20°C (25°F) hotter — drop the dial accordingly.
