✨
For glow: set x and y to 0, blur to a large value (20-40px), and use a saturated color at 30-50% opacity. Spread of 2-4px makes the glow more uniform.

Focus rings: use spread (3-4px) with a brand color at 30% opacity, plus a thinner inner ring at higher opacity. Replaces ugly browser outline.
🎯
For "neon" effects, stack multiple glows of the same color at increasing blur — creates the layered light bloom of real neon signs.

Animated glow pulsing: animate the spread or opacity via CSS. Keep duration 1.5-2s to feel calm, not anxious.
